Every summer, the courtyard of Sa Creu Nova brings together wineries, glasses of wine and shared tables around Creu de Cellers, a food and wine event that has been celebrated for years and has become part of the June evenings in Campos.

For one evening, the courtyard and gardens of Sa Creu Nova fill with glasses of wine from Mallorcan wineries and shared tables gathered around Creu de Cellers.

The event was created to celebrate the harmony between wine and gastronomy, offering guests a sensory journey through different culinary creations specially designed to pair with a carefully selected range of wines.

An evening shaped by wine pairings and Mallorcan wineries

The experience unfolds across different outdoor spaces of the hotel, where each winery presents some of its wines alongside small pairings prepared by the Tess de Mar team under the direction of chef Miquel Vila.

Each participating winery is selected for its identity, character and connection to the island, creating together with the hotel’s cuisine a balanced, creative and memorable experience.

As the evening progresses, some guests stay chatting over a glass of wine while others continue exploring wineries and discovering new pairings. Little by little, the courtyard changes atmosphere, the tables fill up and the night settles into the calm rhythm so characteristic of summer evenings in Campos.

Throughout its different editions, Creu de Cellers has brought together some of Mallorca’s most renowned wineries alongside gastronomic proposals that have made each event highly anticipated.

Guest wineries, live cooking and unforgettable evenings

At Creu de Cellers, every wine finds its place at the table. Tess de Mar accompanies the guest wineries with pairings designed to guide guests through the evening between different glasses and flavour combinations, with creations intended to enhance both the character of the wine and the culinary proposal.

The event will be co-hosted by Maître Mariana Flores and chef Miquel Vila, who will welcome guests throughout the evening and carefully oversee every detail to offer a warm, elegant and high-quality experience.

In previous editions, live music and cocktail masterclasses completed an evening where the atmosphere itself always became an essential part of the experience.

A different gastronomic event in the heart of Mallorca

Each edition of Creu de Cellers maintains the intimate and carefully curated character that defines the philosophy of Sa Creu Nova: shared tables, limited capacity and a relaxed way to enjoy wine and gastronomy.

Far from large and crowded events, Creu de Cellers embraces a more intimate and relaxed format. The stone walls of the old manor house, the soft courtyard lighting and the warm June evening air create an atmosphere of celebration and enjoyment.

Creu de Cellers will return to Sa Creu Nova next June 20th, from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, with a new selection of wineries and pairings.
