Next Friday, April 3rd, our Petit Palais Art & Spa, will reopen its doors to begin a new season, also in the company of its two unique restaurants, Tess de Mar and Kairiku, as always.
The whole team that forms part of the great Sa Creu Nova family, is already preparing the final details to welcome you to our Petit Palais, once again. There will be lots of new surprises throughout 2020 and now, just a few days before our opening, we’d like to give you a preview of some of them.
Our team at the Tess de Mar restaurant are back for another season, with new proposals on the menu, which will continue along the lines of Mediterranean cuisine, Mallorcan cuisine, creative cuisine and, above all, product cuisine. A work of haute cuisine where the aromas and textures complement the authentic flavour of the final product.
Kairiku, the only Japanese Omakase restaurant in Mallorca, and the master chef Ryuichiro Katano are also putting together new proposals with which to continue surprising our customers who, without a doubt, completely trust the chef.
Let’s not forget the novelties at Sa Creu Nova, for, once again, we guarantee our clients moments of peace and tranquillity, but also new experiences.
This season we want you to enjoy the best experiences on the island. That’s why we’re putting together new proposals on how to discover the most emblematic parts of Palma, strolling along the Golden Mile where you’ll discover the shops so you don’t miss out on the most relevant luxury stores, discovering the villages and viewpoints of the Tramuntana in a classic car, enjoying Mallorca from the sea or playing some of the best golf will be just some of the new experiences we’re getting ready for you.
What’s more, there’ll be no shortage of new events such as Artnit Campos 2020 – a festival that promotes the most contemporary and transgressive art – and which we, as precursors and art lovers, are joining. Another event not to be missed this year is: ‘Creu de Cellers’, the gastronomic event that brought together more than a hundred people, at which attendees were able to experience an authentic gastronomic and wine event.
Without a doubt, our restaurants Tess de Mar and Kairiku will continue to play a fundamental role in each of the events at Sa Creu Nova in 2020.
Even so, before starting this new stage, we like to look back on all the great events that we experienced in 2019 with our customers and loyal friends. Some of the events that took place were: GINART at the Campos Artnit, where our barman, José Cortés, surprised attendees with a wide selection of gins, or the Clandestine Afternoon, where we moved our Cocktail Bar, Es Vicari, out to the front of the hotel and where we presented the new Clandestine Tequila just brought over from Mexico.
