On 15th August we were at the Campos ice cream fair, FIRA DEL GELAT, an event which we were especially excited about as it allows us to be culturally connected to the village of Campos, of which we are part.
It’s part of our value proposal, making our contribution to our surroundings, both with regard to supporting local suppliers as well as to cultural actions such as the Campos ArtNit, where we were present in an active manner, and the Fira del Gelat ice cream fair.
On this occasion, we prepared two ice cream proposals, both fusing Mallorcan products into the recipes, with our innovative touch, so that all the those visiting the fair could enjoy our quality, with a clear local influence.
Our first proposal, which was, without a doubt, the most valued one of the afternoon, was a white chocolate nougat ice cream with Mallorcan almonds, As the afternoon kicked off, a long queue of ice cream lovers began to grow, all of them ready to taste this delicacy.
The second proposal, lighter and with fruity, was the Porreres apricot sorbet, ideal for those in search of something fresh and dairy-free.
It was a fun afternoon where we had the chance, once again, to be part of the numerous special events organised by Campos and which we just love participating in, as it always makes us feel part of this wonderful community and culturally connected to Campos.
